LIMITED LIFETIME GUARANTEE
We are an established custom closet company conducting business for the past nine years, and the bulk of our
business is generated from referrals. We offer all our customers a Limited Lifetime Guarantee covering defects
in materials and workmanship for all of our closet organizers for as long as you live in your home. This warranty
is not transferable to subsequent owners or property inhabitants. If you move your closet system(s)to a new
location and install the product according to our instructions this warranty will be effective.
Limitations of Our Guarantee:
All of our products are guaranteed assuming the product has been properly installed according to our
installation instructions. This warranty will be considered void on any closet system that has been subject to
misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents (or “acts of God”), improper modification, and/or improper installation.
Buyers' sole remedy shall be limited to replacement of damaged or defective parts.
Shipping Damage:
Should your order become damaged during shipping, just report the damaged items within 30 days of receipt
of your shipment and we will replace any damaged items immediately. To report shipping damage please send
an email using the form above or phone a customer representative at 888-874-6376. Our staff is dedicated to
customer satisfaction.
Product Returns:
We use product engineered protective shipping materials to insure your closets arrive in good condition. However, protective packing material, boxes and carrying straps cannot endure multiple shipping and return orders rarely arrive in good condition. Therefore, we only accept return orders in original condition presented by the purchaser in person to our warehouse staff. If you wish to return your order in person please contact customer service at 888-874-6376.
Privacy:
Speedy Closets respects the privacy of our customer's personal information and WILL NOT, under any
circumstances, exchange, sell or otherwise spread the use of any information collected on our website or
within our showrooms. All information collected will be kept confidential and used only to serve our
customers.
